From Experience to Purpose

Founded on a simple yet profound belief in the power of dignity, Dignity Link began as a small initiative to bridge the gap in preventive care. We have dedicated our mission to empowering underserved communities through hygiene education and essential health resources, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to lead a life of health and respect.

Founder and Executive Director Crystal Ann Bah brings decades of experience in service, advocacy, healthcare-related environments, insurance, and community engagement. A U.S. Army veteran with a professional background spanning healthcare offices, medical claims and insurance, cosmetology, and aviation, she brings a practical understanding of both people and systems to Dignity Link's mission.

Her commitment to advocacy is also reflected in earlier work on behalf of veterans experiencing housing insecurity. She organized a grassroots effort that collected approximately 7,500 signatures in support of expanding housing assistance for veterans and worked with the office of Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson to bring those concerns forward. The effort advanced through federal housing channels and ultimately reached the House Appropriations Committee for consideration—an experience that reinforced her belief that organized communities, persistent advocacy, and the right partnerships can move important issues forward. It works.
